ICT Record not updated since 2014
<p>I took out a loan and settled it in 2014, my ICT record has not been updated since then still showing active with an outstanding balance. I have been in contact with the bank to try resolve this poor adminstration. Tsepo and his supervisor have made attempts to resolve this matter since 17 Feb 2016, and today i have checked my ITC record and it has NOT been done. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???? this is affecting my credit scoring.</p>
