I would rather be a Steve than deal with FNB

The estate of R Clueit has had his profile amended on the system but now they have reinvested a fixed deposit.<br> This is obviously so that they can now charge the estate early withdrawal penalties.<br> I have done all the forms as requested and signed a letter to have the money paid into the Estate bank account......so what is the excuse for pathetic service?
