I would not even give you 1 out of 5 if it was an option.

I was sat at the petrol station on my phone trying to find out why my funds hadn't cleared after putting petrol in to get me home from work.

I was told the operator could not call me back when I asked so I ran out of airtime and could not carry on the call. I was passed to 4 different operators where each one wanted to verify me. The call in total lasted me 12 minutes and 21 seconds.

When I did explain the situation to the third operator, he gave me a stupid answer which told me he had not listened to my problem at all.

I had to leave my spare tyre at the petrol station as the funds in my account had not cleared for some reason. I had almost no petrol in my car and would not have made it home. I am now stressed, I have had to go to the manager embarrassed to say I have no money to pay for the petrol, I have run out of airtime completely and your staff did not care one bit. They don't relate to the customer and I get the feeling that they really don't know what "customer service" means.

WHY WOULD I RECOMMEND FNB TO MY FRIENDS WHEN I WAS LEFT STRANDED AND THE BANK WOULD NOT HELP ME?

Would you stand for this service if it was you?

I would like to know how FNB will compensating me for my time, my stress, my airtime as well as my embarrassment. I would like you to give me a valid reason as to why I SHOULD stay with FNB.
