I would like to take this opportunity to thank Delano Chotia from the private clients suite.. My card was ****** so I had a lot of unauthorised transactions, and was frustrated, after a lot of complaints my query was escalated to him.. He called me no Saturday & tried to come with solutions, for the first time it felt good to speak to someone willing to assist.. He told me my case is a bit complex, can I give him time to talk to his teammates & find a solution that won’t inconvenience me. On Tuesday he kept his promise and called back with feedback.. He spoke to the ***** department and had my card got listed & the ***** transaction he disputed them on my behalf.. It’s good knowing that my problem was solved and Delano came to my rescue, His service was exceptional and he empathised with me.. Delano keep up the good work and thank you for everything.. Hope FNB knows that they have an asset in you 😊
