I would like hellopeter.com to ask FNB to refund all the debit order for FNB RI Debt Protect and including the debit proctection fee, and also explain to me why insurance for Law on call has increased from R65 to R130.

I went to the FNB branch but the consultant said to me she is not fami**** with FNB RI debt protect and also could not explain why the Law on call insurance has doubled up its amount. All am asking is for FNB to refund what i didn't signed for.
