I wish I can just switch banks like today
Platform of livechat must just be canceled coz it is very useless and the agents have no sympathy towards the clients team leader Phil has to teach agents sorft skills

27 Feb 2024, 05:56Since I got a n sms that I will receive a call within 24 to 48 hours on Friday till today no one want to assist me.. This is wrong and frustrating. What is the use of livechat if you can't assist? Writing a complaint doesn't help at all and my issue still not resolved
