I went to FNB Westonaria branch and I was given the best service ever by the Branch manager John Ntobela. When you talk about a true leader, a real branch manager that makes sure that his customers leave his branch happy all the time. This is not the first time this gentleman assist me, whenever I come to the branch he is always willing to help customers as I always find him on the floor, he is a branch manager that is always assisting customers either at the door, at the online banking next to the door or at the ATMs. This guy knows his job very well and takes good care of us his customers. I wish him all the best and hope God keeps him for us his customers as he knows how to treat his customers with respect. Thanks FNB for this kind of manager. We need more of these kind of managers in FNB
