I went to FNB Westonaria branch and I was assisted by the most friendly and welcoming person I've ever met in the bank. Her name is Kutlwano. I just want to thank her for her super service and patience for her customers, she is a true and right representative of FNB and she make us customers very very happy with her friendly service all the time we come to the bank.
