I went onto my fnb app..saw a notification about a ecucks voucher i was awarded..i went to secure chat to find out what this is...it went from 1 trained consultent to the next..30mims waiting while they try and find out whta this voucher is..i did this a few days as i want to make sure its not *****...i then went on messanger...and was told ebuck would phone me..they never did.. Can someone at fnd please assist..
