I was unemployed and I noticed FNB, and still made an effort to pay what I could monthly but i have been handed over to Transaction Capital Recoveries
I was unemployed and I noticed FNB, and still made an effort to pay what I could monthly but i have been handed over to Transaction Capital Recoveries. What the hell for as none of my payments are reflecting on my monthly cheque account statements?!

I see my query hasn’t been allocated to the correct department. It’s supposed to be allocated to the cheque account department.
