I was ****** cash by First National Bank through their ATM

I made a withdrawal of R1500.00 from an FNB ATM shell ultra golden CI ATM ***9 on the 23/May/2022 the machine did not dispense the cash. I then sent a claim form and the only response I received was that the cash was withdrawn according to the ATM report. case closed.

The cash in the machine cash was not checked . A camera was not viewed to check if I received the funds or not.

according to the SMS from FNB, I just lost my cash and no one care to investigate.

be careful when you use FNB ATM your money is going to be lost and no one will be willing to help you.
