I was retrenched in June 2020

I was retrenched in June 2020. I used my retrenchment funds to pay my fnb credit card installments. However it's been 1 year now and I'm still unemployed. I decided to put a claim through as I have insurance on my Fnb credit card. From the time I put the claim through I have been having a run around. It's been almost 6 weeks and it's not finalised. What's worse is my debit card has been closed because there is no funds going in. Now the insurance wants my statements from the time I was retrenched. I have tried to get it but all I'm getting is they can't do it because the account is closed. I am so tired and tried everything ...What must I do now...im so stressed cause the credit card department is sending me messages to say my credit card is in arrears.
