I was Retrenched in 2013

My name is Carmen Muller and I was retrenched in March 2013. I have a revolving loan at FNB. I went to FNB a week after my retrenchment to find out if I had a protection plan. The consultant said \NO YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE\". I am paying my loan off for 3 years. I went to FNB on the 25 February 2016 spoke to the Consultant Stacey Spencer working for Greenacres Branch, and told her that I cannot make the payments and can FNB please help me reduce the payments as I do not get a fixed income and I work from home. Stacey called Nicolene De derk which handlers the accounts and she said I must pay otherwise she will hand it over to the Lawyers. Minutes Later Stacey then called another consultant and asked do I have a protection plan. The Consultant said 'YES\" Mrs Muller has one and that I should send the following documentation. Stacey faxed all the documents. This is the response I received 3rd March 2016 at 19.29pm \"in the evening\" via SMS what unprofessional, that time of the evening. I was not notified of the protection retrenchment plan. Who is going to be responsible for the years I have been paying for 3 years and I asked FNB. This is BAD service so I asked \"HOW CAN YOU HELP ME'"
