I was offered only R3000 after being ****med R16000,my whole salary.FNB doesnt take it's own clients serious.

FNB needs to stop taking their clients like fools,last week I wrote a review and they called and offered to give us R3000 after we were ****med R16000 with my husband. What am I supposed to do with that amount?It cant pay school fees for both my kids,it wont pay car installments or anything for that matter.They really need to start taking us serious not after the years we spend being their loyal clients.We deserve so much better than that please.Atleats R10000 would've been so much better.
