I was not happy with the service at FNB branch in Rosslyn

Hello I'm Mawethu I'm customer of FNB bank today I was very disappointed in the service at Rosslyn FNB branch I waited in the line for about 1hour for consultant to help me know one came to ask me how I'm doing or how can the help me ,so at the end I decided to walk out of that branch in Rosslyn FNB bank today!!
