I was forced to close my savings bank account

I had a savings account with fnb and it was inactive for a few months. I went to fnb smith/salisbury branch in durban to reactive my account. I was attended to by Michelle Aldous and she didn't accet the proof of residence I was carrying and instead closed my account. The funny thing is she activated the account before she could close it and I have this sms from fnb to confirm: \ FNB:) Congratulations! Your acc 126620 has been activated. You can now start transacting! For more info or queries call ***. ". My other problem is there is money which was transfered to this account but couldn't get through because the account was inactive now I asked her to make an instruction to send the money back to the person who send it to my account and she said she is not able to do it. But why? So your people are only good at closing accounts and chasing away customers simply because they are black foreign natonals? How will I get my money. My account is closed. I was made to ay R533 for closure of this account. """
