I was charged twince for bank statement request.

on the 07 August 2015 I visited FNB branch cnr Landros Mare and Thabo Mbeki street in polokwane with my printed statement from online banking to be stamped. The consultant said to me \it is BANK 'S POLICY that we mustn't stamp transaction history". therefore I requested the statement to be printed. two days later I noticed that I was charged twice for the same transaction for R52.00. I went back to the branch to ask them to reverse the transaction"
