I was amazed by unexpected excelant service

I have a company in the far north of South Africa, its a one man company. My card had expired so I called to order a new card and asked them to deliver it as I do not want to go to the bank as i have to leave my workers unattended, so they arranged for the card to be delivered. I got a call to tell me they will deliver my card Tuesday so 12 o clock I get a call and he tells me he is at my gate. I told him I am on a site he can wait there i will come, whereby he replies sir continue with your work just tell me where you are. He drove all the way to my site to give me my card. This experience has changed my whole idea of banking forever.It was so nice that I did not have to leave my work.
