I wanted to switch to FNB

I went there as i wanted to switch from my current bank to FNB and I know they close at 6 and I was told that they are closing and I was there at 17:30, the door wasnt closed as yet. Okay fine I talk to the consultant there and she says I hope you not here to open the account because she is about to knock off.<br> So the customer service is bad there clearly they dont value they customers because you should never say that to a customer whos bringing business.<br>
