i want to reserve my debit and no story i want to hear they

Yesterday i try to stop debi check debit because the Policy with clientele with the amount of R486.00 they claim is be block by clientele itself i have never hear in my life a service provider can block debit i stop alot debit orders if i feel the premium is to much also i look at clientele until today they didnt receive there money. If i try to look at the debit order on the phone app or there webside there is weird error from yesterday i cant look into my debit order list or perform a check want that money reserve within 24 hours from now or i will forward this matter to there
