I want to leave

I have an indicator of 3 on my account which I have been trying to resolve for years now. I have now reached the point where I want to move banks and I can't even get my money out. Ashburton does not answer and FNB only allows me to talk to a robot that keeps telling me to have a zero balance in order to close my accounts. Catch 22 if you won't give me my money.

I just want to leave FNB
