I want the FNB loan debit order cancelled!!!!

FNB loans collections department is refusing to have my two loans debit order cancelled even though i have been handed over to the lawyers and have made arrangements with them to pay ,now im going to be getting double debited…i have been on calls and secure chat all day trying to get this sorted… no one knows anything i get paid this weekend and cannot have the debit order going off!!!
