I want someone to call me asap

Good morning all. My vehicle is finance with Wesbank . And for the two month they took extra money from my account. When I asked them they said it for insurance.Wheres I do have insurance for my vehicle. They needed proof I sent it to them so they can refund me. Up to now they haven't refund me. I want my money back asap. If not I will speak with my lawyers .
