I WANT PROOF OF REFUND

I need proof of an refund that was made to my own bank account as I never received that refund at all. My account was reported for my own funds I received from my personal account and I need that proof of refund urgently as it didn't show that it was actually paid 04 October 2023 from account ***. I NEED THAT PROOF OF REFUND URGENTLY, I dont want to hear about you can't give it or there is no way to get proof of that refund because there should be one if the refund was made. It was told it was refunded to my tymebank account and now suddenly they can't give it because they can't confirm that it is really my account. If the refund was made then it was supposed to be made to my TYMEBANK *** and yet nothing reflects in my account till up to today,so where did fnb refund it too?
