I want my refund
Good day All
I have a credit balance of R2119.37 from my personal loan account which is fully paid and closed off, the credit need to be deposited into my cheque. I have sent countless emails to the following '***' ,'***', '***' . I have also phoned the call center and emailed an employee '***' and I also spoke to another Consultant by the name of Monde at Customer Care. This has been going on for the past 15 day. As it stands I have no idea if they plan on refunding my money.
I am meeting with my attorneys to discuss this matter further and see how they can help me.

12 Jan 2021, 11:11Thank you for the response however my attorneys are still drawing up a letter of demand for my refund , just to make sure the refund is done from your end and paid into my cheque account
