I want my R47 reversed back to my account and cancel this stupid fission account!!!!!!!

What a pathetic service i got from FNB call center consultants, when you call their number you are sent from pillar to post with no assistance. Monday morning i got a call from FNB sales agent KAMOHELO offering to upgrade me from my normal cheque account to a Fussion account. I asked if i will be paying anything extra for this upgrade but her answer was 'NO, you will only pay R109 which is currently your normal monthly fee'. To my surprise i have been debited R47 by FNB. I want my R47 reversed back to my account as this was not mentioned to me........FNB please train your staff properly and also review that stupid voice prompt that directs you to stupid consultants who get paid for not offering an valuable service.
