I want my MOOLA

On Friday, 30 November 2018 at 12: 12 I received and notification from my bank ( well i thought they were ) FNB, stating that an amount of R 774. 15 was deducted from my account for e-book read.

As I did not authorise this transaction , I contacted them to inquire. I was informed (sarcastically) that this was NOT my first order, as the first transaction for this was for R 3.00 ( yes R 3.00) in July 2018 and on 15 November 2018 the same amount.

I asked how can I can get my money back , as this was not my actions and was informed that FNB cannot guarantee that my money will be reversed. I asked whether they can follow up on who the recipient of these funds were , however I was not assisted.

They stated that they can only report and log a call.

Now , I trust these people with my hard earned money and this is the service I am getting. This is unacceptable and require proper assistance.

I am closing my bank account as this is not the service I am expecting!!! What will happen next??
