Bad customer service unprofessional agent fnb debiting money in my account they will say they will get someone to call me got 3 complaint opened but nothing got resolved the will lie and say they don't have records sent thm emails but still nothing nd will go to a branch nd they will put me through an agent over the phone agent will drop the line even on chat they will end the chat
