I WANT MY MONEY

Apparently on the 26th of November my easy account was frozen, I only found out about this on the 1st of December when I wanted to withdraw funds from my account n it kept declining. I even tried withdrawing from a till n it still declined. I had no money to go home but R2 airtime on my phone, so I decided to call my boyfriend to come fetch me from work.... When I got home I took my FNB card and started calling FNB to find out what's happening... Little did I know nor was I notified that my account was frozen n I needed to provide certain documents to access my money. On Friday the 4th Of December I provided them with all the documents that they needed n even provided them with Screenshots, nothing has been said about the documents I sent on Friday at 10.15am, went to the branch yesterday and showed them the emails n documents I had sent but still no answer. I'm extremely ****ed because I have to pay my bills with that money and my account is still frozen. I WANT MY ****EN MONEY N Will NOT BE USING FNB EVER AGAIN Nor WILL I RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE
