I want my Money !!!

I laid a complain last week about FNB they called me pretending to care saying they will send me back my money till now still waiting for my money FNB service is so poor I am really angry I hate that they take my money why don't they bring it back because they closed the account they always have kaak stories and busy referring me to people who tell me lies I want my money!!!!!!
