I want my money

So I transferred R1000 at 11:33am and another R1000 transfer at 14:19pm on the 24th of September to my FNB homeloan flexi account. only R1000 is reflecting. I went on to chat with Busi who after I showed her proof is still Adamant that I only transferred R1000. I transferred a further R4300 on the 25th my balance should therefore be R6300 excluding interest on my homeloan flexi account. Busi failed to explain simple things to me she is also very very slow. Next thing I cannt access my app. Someone efficient please call me and explain what’s happening
