I want my money bacm

My monthly account fee has been deducted x4 last month called and reported it got told it was a system error would be reversed within 7 working days left it for longer nothing happed called again got new case number and still no response for fnb it might not be alot of money but for me it means alot I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
