I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE FNB

Someone hacked into my account,dublicated my number and they sent themselves an ewallet for R1000...I logged a case with the bank on the 25 of September 2020 and I was supposed to get feedback in 5 working days..I followed up on the 9th of October and I was told they haven't even started with the investigation.

I mean I thought the bank security was supposed to be top class,the fact that this transaction even took place is suspicious,because this person logged into my app.

I would like my money back R1000 is a lot of money, and I think if FNB actually cared about it's clients they would ensure that investigations are done in a timely manner to the convenience of the client. It has been 26days now and I have gotten no money back,no feedback,no proof as to who took my money or who was able to log into my account without an OTP code to verify if they are authentic
