I want my money back please

Hello Peter I opened an easy account last month with fnb at Laudium branch where by I was told the card will only charge me R6,74 a month,so now for the first month money gets into my account R500 was gone I don't know why and how. Now we on the second month when I check on the app it says I have expected shortfall of R747 for what I don't know because my account is new and there's only 1 funeral policy debit order and the rest I don't know where they come from..

Is this really how they make money with us like am ****ed now I can't pay them that much for what I don't know. And again I want my money back the first R500 they took.
