I want my money back NOW

a debit order went off my account and I've been trying to reverse it to no success because FNB decided to suspend this service. Spoke to Jacqueline on a secure chat this morning and she was so rude and of no assistance. I then spoke to Lerato who told me I need to provide them with proof of why I need to reverse my money. Can someone explain to me what business is it of FNB what I do with my money? I initially asked the institution to suspend the debit order because the debit order was loaded in my savings account which wasn't the instruction. the instruction was that the debit order will be loaded on my cheque account. in addition I told this institution that ill make direct payments. the institution went ahead and debit my account after our conversation. Its none of FNB's business what I do with my money. I pay the a monthly account fee as well all these nonsense service fee's which make no sense to me at all. what I do wit my affairs is none of their business. I want my money PERIOD. you have no right over my money,
