I want my money back!

Terrible (non)service. I am exhausted now with FNB. I have been going back and forth with them trying to get my money back from FNB. Everytime it's a new document tha they want. They have all my details, I have paid up both my Loan with Direct Axis and the FNB Credit Card Account. The overpayments were made by my debt rescue company Debt Rescue. These payments were made on the 05/12/2020 into the Direct Axis account. The FNB credit account overpayment s were made on the 07/12/2020, 21/12/2020 and 05/02/2021. The proof of payment for these accounts were provided to FNB on this email address(***). The proof af payment has the payment reference and the FNB account the money was paid into. FNB claims that they do not have records of these payment because I do not have active accounts with them( This is to be expected because the accounts were on debt review, I settled them and FNB closed them. It is them who should have a record on their systems of these accounts and payments made to match with the proff of payment, as I am sure they are required by the law to keep records). There has been multiple people dealing with this query at FNB since May 2021 and to this day I still do not have my money back. 1. Lindiwe Malevu. 03/04/2021, ref: MT 16/03 Possible refund request - Maluleka (ID number) 2. Berniek Morris. 26/04/2021. His feedback was that there was no refund due because I do not have no active account with FNB. This was to expected because the accounts were settled and closed by this date. 3. Daniel Hartzer asked for my current bank account and a bank stamp not older than 3 months to effect a refund. 28/04/2021. I had already provided proof of bank account to FNB on a previous query ( Ref MT 16/03 Possible Refund Request - Maluleka ID number. On this occasion I had escalated this matter to ***(25/04/2021). Debt Rescue resent these banking details confirming my Standard Bank account for a refund on the 23rd of July to FNB. On the 4th of August Thatho Dube from Consumer segement in the Debt Review Department came back to Debt Rescue to tell them that they can only see payment that was paid on the 08/12/2020 and the other two payments on the 21/12/2020 and 05/02/2021 they needed proof of payment. At this stage Thato is only referencing the overpayments to the Credit card account and nothing about the personal loan from Direct Axis. Proof of payment has been provided to FNB from the payment partner of Debt Rescue, Intuitive PDA. I am really at my wits end with this. If I owed FNB money for this long I would have been black-listed and reffered to lawyers already!!!!

I am not happy with the response I got from Jacob Machaba. He makes reference to one account that was closed on the 14/12/2020. Is this the Credit card account or the Direct Axis personal loan account? If it was closed on 12th, I can understan that the payments made on the 21/12/2020 and 05/02/2021 would bounce back to IPDA. What about the payment made on the 05/12/2020? That payment would have gone through, what happened with this transaction. I would like someone from FNB to call me so I can explain, maybe they don't understand my query in written form. The number given rings forever, no one picks it up.
