I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

From July FNB has been doing a double debit of R180 from my account. The first time I queried this, they claimed I was making purchases with no money in my account (BIG LIE), I only buy when my salary clocks in. Last month they took my money AGAIN and when I called they advised that i'm being charged for money not being available in my account for them to deduct the monthly fee... So FNB charges R360 for not getting a fee of R99? When I opened the account in 2019 I clearly stated "last day of the month". It baffles me why all this nonsense is happening now... Lat night another double debit took place and my SALARY is not even in. I'm yet to understand where my money is going. BRING BACK MY MONEY AND STOP ******** PEOPLE!!!
