I want my money back

FNB is my bank, yet they will not assist me with the application of any of their credit card/personal loan facilities, although they are my primary bank and hold my investment. Due to the fact that they will not accommodate me as their client, I have been trying to put in an instruction to withdraw cash that they will not assist me with from my investment account, but that seems to be a problem too. I want my money back for my personal use as this bank isn’t going out of their way to help me, which contradicts their selling point “How can we help you”. I no longer want their assistance.. I just want my money back. This bank is clearly elitist and does not go out of the way to help ordinary people.
