I want my money back

I am here to say that I am not happy at all.I reported a ***** case regarding repeated transactions that were made with my card while my card was with me.Transactions even left my account with a negative balance but I am being told that I need to provide proof.What proof must I provide because I never those transactions.Please sort this mess out!!
