I want my money Back

I am super hot furious of what FNB is doing to me and tomorrow morning God knows what I am going to do at the branch should I don't get my money,at first I withdrew money via Supabet e-wallet last year and my matter was not resolved and my money was gone,I withdrew again today and still the same thing,when I used to withdraw there was an option of Supabet e-wallet but that option has been removed and the total amounts to R200 now,why do we have to suffer for our belongings because of companies like FNB,should I don't get my money back I swear you feel what I am feeling now and I don't care whether I end up in prison because I am tired of companies like FNB *****ing us our money,I want my money back.
