i want my money back

i did a payment reversal and till today my money is still hanging, i have been told to go to my branch to have this fixed??? what is the purpose of having branches across the country if you cannot assist and how am i suppose to travel and go back home if you are withholding my money? what should have been a pleasant visit to another province has turned into a nightmare. i am honestly shocked at the lack of knowledge of your staff FNB.<br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I AM HONESTLY CONTEMPLATING CHANGING BANKS
