I want my money back

I just tried to deposit money into my account at a FNB ATM in Carlsworld centre at Midrand, after depositing the money in the machine it told me the the transaction is cancelled..while waiting for my money to come back,it gave me back my card then printed the slip that stated unsuccessful deposit and the ATM said system error and they can't help me many further, but it didn't give me my money back. The money that I was depositing was my last money that i wanted to ewallet my sister back in Durban cause school is opening tomorrow and she also needs lunch money. After calling the emergency number ,the automated machine told that I can't be assisted cause it's a Friday

I chose to use FNB because y'all sell your service and products as best amongst the leaders in the market, hence why I trusted you with my money and interest too, now I can't send money back home for my sibling son that means I have to take an online loan that with be paid with interest too.. I honestly need help to get my money back

The ATM is the first ATM next to the branch door,I have a receipt to prove the whole transaction and I also need answers to why can't y'all be trusted as a service provider to assure convenience and safety to us consumer's

My Number: ********** 977
