I want my money
Last Month they debited me twice I logged a complaint and I cannot the transaction due to Covid 19, they have removed the tab to dispute debit orders. 15 May they debited again without being authorized. I am told I am in arrears. I hate FNB. I want my refund cause my family suffers due to FNB. They said we can apply for relief and I did to be given 3 month payment break, they declined. In fact during this pandemic they decided they will double debit. I want my money and changing to another bank after refund
