I want my money
I tried to withdraw last week and the machine switched off due to load shedding as I was about to receive the money. I completed a debit card dispute form and emailed it. I have not received and reference, no feedback nothing. My R700 just went down the drain..ive been trying to reach out through the they're chat on the app but they don't respond

23 Mar 2024, 10:39Someone called me and said they checking into my account and will come back to me in a few minutes. It's 2 hours later and I'm still waiting. Fnb service is bad and I'm taking this up to the ombudsman
