I want my Money

I had a very traumatic and disturbing experience with FNB vs Standard bank,l used a standard bank atm to withdraw cash ,the atm loaded but cash didn’t come out l immediately received notification that the cash has been withdrawn from account l went to standard bank offices l was told to go back to my main bank which is FNB tho am also a standard bank client,went to Fnb l met a very rude consultant @ Carlton center who told me that they will assist me and the money will be returned to my account it’s been a month l went to Sandton branch to do a follow up they requested reference to track my query l was never given anything ,l was told to return back to Carlton center efforts of getting to the call center have been fruitless what irritates me the most is that l use Fnb as my main bank and they still failing to assist me ,today l went back to Carlton l was told they can’t assist me honestly l am poor l can’t afford to just give these 2 banks my money ,lucky enough l managed to recognize the consultant who assisted me ,who was very rude and she said she doesn’t know me honestly m so hurt my bank has failed me ,what happened to treating customers customers fairly ??? #plzreturnmymoney#lwantmymoney
