I want my Money

I discovered there were unauthorized debit orders which had been happening for over a year. I went to a branch, filled in the required documents and was told that my money would reflect after 40 working days. I called them on the 43rd day and the call center agent said it will reflect but she does not know when. It's now the 49th day and I've been holding on the line for almost an hour with no assistance.
