I want my money

Hi .. My name is dumisani I got scrmed on my fnb account..i went to the brunch to look for help only to find out they cant get my profile with my identity number ,but they can get my profile with my account number which is wht i dnt understand and also to find out today tht I have two accounts understand the account and using the account tht does not even have 6 months with them...please i would like ur help with how to get my number from fnb ..and how does my number get missing on my pay day ..and wen my account does not have 6month ..so I would like fnb to bring back my money..
