I want my money

I was debited big amounts on my credit for two following months 😭😭 I'm broke Im out as If I owe 200 grand however I've had a credit card with FNB for donkey years and they have been debiting me all along I think it's over 10 years having this credit card and I was never debited such big amounts and when I call in I'm being told I can be offered just a small percentage of the debited amounts so now I want money and if it was system glitches I can't be punished for that give me money, I mean you taking such amounts from someone's salary at the beginning of the month and mind you a client who has more than one credit product with you guys and mother/grandmother of a family I still have to feed so do me a favour and give my money and do your recoveries as you go not at the cost of my monthly budget
