I want my funds released now auth code - 606127

i hired a vehicle from Avis in Dec and returned the car on the 7th of Jan 2015. i have been waiting for you to release the pending authorisation and release the funds into my account but they haven't and nothing has been done, as a result my acc has then been in a -negative as Avis deducted their funds and the money was not released. my salary came in on the 25th and was taken up by the -negative amount in my account and i don't have any money because of people who simply don't want to do their job. i mean how long will it take for you to release the funds a month???? my debit orders have been bouncing and I'm getting charged for that whose gonna pay for that???? i cant access the funds because you fools haven't cancelled the authorisation. you better release those funds now and reverse the charges for the unpaid transactions, you are the ones holding up the funds not me so you better reverse them. i always have a problem when it comes to funds being reversed. i have been to the bank so many times to fill in despute forms and ive been wasting the last bit of airtime calling you and sending you emails of the proof you wanted, the branch sent it & i also sent it bt still noting
