I want my car license that I paid for ( i tried calling , talking on the app and consultants- all failed)

I need assistance. I submitted my request for a car license disk, before it expired through the Nav car app. I paid all relevant fees and uploaded requested documents. Now I received a notice that my request has been cancelled, when I didn't cancel it. I cant reach anyone through email, and the app chatting to multiple consultants ( they randomly vanish mid conversation despite me being online).I just want the license disk and a real person to assist. I cant talk through info and talk to me on the app, as it says there are issues. please send my car license disk asap.
